I’ve now done 50 interviews for my books about the history of TNA/IMPACT Wrestling, including ones with Don West, Nick Aldis, Konnan, Erik Watts, and more! There are some big-time interviews coming up. I’m interviewing top talent, TV executives, and other influential individuals throughout the company’s history.

What makes these interviews so enjoyable is I don’t know everything there is to know about TNA/IMPACT Wrestling. I haven’t seen every PPV or watched every TV broadcast, so I’m learning a great deal with each conversation.

Each person had different stories to tell. Erik Watts talked to me about the early days of TNA, including Vince Russo, Dusty Rhodes, and Goldy Locks. Nick Aldis talked to me about his struggle to be appreciated as a top singles star, feedback he got from Hulk Hogan, and working with his wife, Mickie James. Konnan shared with me stories about the 3Live Kru, his thoughts on Diamond Dallas Page and LAX, among other topics. And Don West told me about Mike Tenay, Taz, selling merchandise, his thoughts on Jeff Jarrett, Dixie Carter, and a whole lot more. This is just a taste of what came out of these wonderful discussion.
