This book is a comprehensive collection of anything and everything from the Zelda universe, including enemies, items, potions, poes, and an expansion of the lore touched upon in Hyrule Historia. You will also find concept art, screencaps, maps, main characters and how they relate, languages, and an exclusive interview with Series Producer, Eiji Aonuma. This, the last of The Goddess Collection trilogy, which includes Hyrule Historia and Art & Artifacts, is a treasure trove of explanations and information about every aspect of The Legend of Zelda universe.
The Legend of Zelda Encyclopedia: Deluxe Edition is a great book for fans of the series. The only drawback is that there is no information contained within about Breath of the Wild. The reasoning for this is because Dark Horse is releasing a book about that game in the fall. That said, I’m sure fans would still have appreciated having some information about that landmark game in this book to make it truly complete. Nevertheless, if you’re a Nintendo fan or simply can’t get enough of The Legend of Zelda in your life, “Take this” because “It’s dangerous to go alone!”
