QubicGames Summer Collection: My Favorites
While all the games available in this collection are enjoyable, below are my top three.
Johnny Trigger
Johnny Trigger is an action-shooter with fun, short levels. There are nearly 60 unique weapons, more than 20 stylish skins, and much in Johnny Trigger. It’s an over-the-top shooter with a unique visual style and gameplay that captured my attention.
Hole.io
Hole.io is a bizarre yet satisfying game where you play as black hole that swallows everything in front of you. I know that sounds strange, but it’s highly entertaining. Your black hole swallows up garbage cans, fire hydrants, cars, buildings, and more. The goal is to get large enough to consume even bigger objects or other players, and the urge to level up is addictive. It’s one of those games I didn’t expect to enjoy but did.
Run Sausage Run
Many of the games in this collection are wildly creative and Run Sausage Run is one of them. As the name implies, you are in control of a sausage that is running for its life. Doing my best to avoid getting sliced, chopped, burned, or smashed made me laugh hard at the game’s ridiculousness and insane visual style. It’s an adventure run game like no other and it has to be played to be believed.
