Lionsgate Makes Up For A&E Biography WWE Legends DVD Error

On September 22, I wrote about how there was a significant manufacturing error as it related to the A&E Biography WWE Legends Volume 1 DVD released by Lionsgate. Since then, I’ve been in touch with someone within Lionsgate who helped make up for this error. Watch my video below for the full details.

If you need help getting a replacement DVD from Lionsgate, send an email to help@movieredeem.com. Keep in mind that you do need to provide proof of purchase when contacting this email address. Lionsgate will need proof-of-purchase information in order to send you a corrected version of this DVD.

    • Make sure to contact Lionsgate using the email in my article. An executive at Lionsgate told me to share that email address with people, so it’s legit. Good luck!

    • I sent my proof of purchase and nothing else heard yet.The only store selling them in store is Wal-Mart and of course they still have the same ones out and they don’t have a clue about the problem.FYE probably has them in store but it’s not around here anymore.

  1. I’ve called twice since the problem last week and you can’t talk to anyone.I had to leave a message twice and no callbacks.I sent a couple of email to a customer service email and nothing.Im not happy with them at all.

    • Did you send an email to the email address I mentioned? I imagine they’re being swamped with emails.

      • Yeah I sent front and back cover of the dvd and receipt to that email yesterday.everything they wanted. The phone number I tried calling it on release day and no one ever answers. the operator that is supposed to be there between a certain time and I have had to leave a message twice

      • Well, I hope they get back to you at some point next week.

  2. Wal-Mart has never stopped selling them after me telling them online the problem and at the local store. They have at least 10 copies of Vol 1 at the stores I’ve been to around here still on the shelf
