Eight years ago, today, The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) was released. I started ESO on April 1, 2020 and have since spent hundreds of hours playing it on Steam and Xbox. Needless to say, it quickly became my favorite video game. Since its inception, ESO has been overhauled, enhanced, and updated, making the game a fantastic experience for its millions of players. Celebrating Five Years!

Advertisements

Five years ago I started this blog because of a desire to write a novel, and I wanted to make sure more people bought it than just my parents. So, I figured this blog would be a great way to increase brand awareness – with the brand being me! So far, it’s been more than I ever could have expected. Not only have I written about books, authors and literature, I’ve interviewed nearly 50 celebrities, including numerous New York Times best-sellers, as well as Tony, Grammy and/or Emmy award-winning musicians and actors. This blog has enabled me to meet Bruce Springsteen, James Patterson, Neal Schon, Dionne Warwick, John Oates, and countless other legends in the arts and entertainment world. Along the way, I’ve reached more than 700,000 people and had my content published in Reader’s Digest, Classic Rock Magazine, ABC News, and on the cover of The Aquarian Weekly, among other media outlets. Connecting with so many of my idols, as well as my readers, has been a thrilling experience that I look forward to continuing for many years to come. And I haven’t given up on that novel. Perhaps, that’s what I’ll be celebrating five years from now.

Today I’m celebrating the two-year anniversary of my blog! When I first started I was reaching hundreds of people, now my content has reached more than one million people in 118 countries and I continue to have great experiences along the way. Whether I’m reviewing a book, film or album or interviewing a luminary in the literature or music industry, it’s always a blast. Thank you for visiting, subscribing to and/or commenting on my blog. Without your support this wouldn’t have been possible.

One Year Later

One year ago, this week, I launched my blog. I never thought I’d start one for a variety of reasons, but the past year has been quite a trip. During that time the following things happened:

The second year for my blog is shaping up to be an exciting one. This week, I’m heading to ThrillerFest and will be sharing with you all the wonderful content that will invariably come out of the event. And I’ve got a couple exciting author interviews lined up for later this year. Speaking of which, my first self-published book should be out before year’s end – so stayed tuned for more details.

Thank you for following my blog, as well as liking, sharing and commenting on my posts. Your voice and input is what matters most, and I hope to keep you entertained for many years to come.
