As someone who owns the original Yooka-Laylee across multiple platforms, I can say without hesitation that Yooka-Replaylee is exceptionally better than the original in every conceivable way. What was once a charming but uneven love letter to the golden age of 3D platformers has now been rebuilt, refined, and reimagined into the definitive adventure the developers always intended.
