If you haven’t watched Change or Die yet, stop what you’re doing and dive in. This 12-week transformation docuseries, filmed at the legendary Accountability Crib in Atlanta, is one of the greatest things Diamond Dallas Page has ever created. It’s not just a show—it’s a wake-up call. Five individuals, each at rock bottom physically and emotionally, are given one last chance to reclaim their lives. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just grit, sweat, and the relentless drive to change.
Having spent a week at the Accountability Crib myself, I can say with certainty that it’s more than just a filming location—it’s a sanctuary for growth. During my stay, I trained at the DDP Yoga Performance Center, shared meals and laughs with Jake “The Snake” Roberts, and soaked in the wisdom of Dallas himself. That week was one of the best of my life. It pushed me to new heights and reminded me why I fell in love with DDP Yoga in the first place.
Watching Change or Die brought all those memories flooding back. The cast—Cassandra “Cisi” Melendez, Eric “Butterbean” Esch, Taylor Sowers, Mildred Mason, and Marcus “Buff” Bagwell—each face their own demons. Their stories are raw and real, and when you think you know how their journeys will end, the show throws in a twist that leaves you stunned. It’s motivational, surprising, and deeply human.
As Philadelphia’s first certified DDP Yoga instructor, I’ve seen firsthand how this program changes lives. But Change or Die takes that transformation to another level. It made me even more grateful for my friendship with Diamond Dallas Page, for the strength and clarity I’ve gained through DDP Yoga, and for the unforgettable time I spent at the Accountability Crib.
Dallas is a wonderful human being—equal parts motivator, mentor, and miracle worker. His passion for helping others is palpable in every frame of this series. Change or Die is a testament to his belief that anyone, no matter how far gone, can reclaim their life. It’s a reminder that we all have the power to change, and that we should strive every day to reach our full potential.
If you’re seeking real inspiration and lasting change, Change or Die is the opportunity you can’t afford to miss.
