What is Audible Rewards?

Audible Rewards is our new rewards program to help level up your listening. For every 3 credits you use, you’ll get a $10 reward coupon that will be delivered to you via email (credits issued as a result of a return, will not count towards reward coupon eligibility). Eligible customers may receive a maximum of four $10 coupons during the promotional Audible Rewards period running through June 30, 2023. Additionally, look out for our bonus reward challenges as another way to earn!

Is there anything I need to do to join Audible Rewards?

No, there isn’t anything you need to do. If you are a US Audible Premium Plus or Silver member, you can participate in the program and can start earning on November 15, 2022. You must be opted into “Sales and Offers” promotional emails in order to receive your reward coupons in your email. Ensure you are opted in by managing your settings here.

How do I earn a $10 reward coupon?

I’ve used 3 credits, but I didn’t receive my reward email. Why haven’t I received this?’

It can take up to ten days to receive an email about your earned reward. Check your inbox for updates. If you haven’t seen an email about your reward after ten days, please contact our Customer Service team to assist you. Also, please ensure you are opted into “Sales and Offers” promotional emails in order to receive emails about Audible Rewards including your reward coupon. Manage settings here.

What can I spend my reward coupon on?

Members can spend their reward coupon on cash purchases of titles sold on audible.com. We have many amazing titles that have been highly rated by other listeners. Check them out here, or contact our award-winning Customer Service team for more recommendations based on your interests.
