In a couple days, my girlfriend and I are heading to Miami for three days, including New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Then, we will board the Carnival Glory for a seven-day cruise, visiting Grand Cayman, Mahogany Bay, Belize, and Cozumel. We have several excursions planned, including swimming with dolphins and stingrays, cave tubing, snorkeling, and renting a wave runner.
