Yesterday, I received a wonderful collection of snacks and treats from Atkins! Making decisions about improving your health should always be done with yourself in mind. But getting the support of others, let alone the program you’re using to accomplish that goal, takes it to a whole different level. Read on for my thoughts on what I got.
In total, Atkins sent me eight items. I regularly buy the Protein Chips, which are new; they are a fantastic alternative to traditional chips. The peanut butter cups taste wonderful, so those are definitely one of my favorites. And the other three items I’ve never had. I tried a Strawberry Shortcake bar this morning, and it was delicious.
Thank you to the team at Atkins for your generosity and support! I never had the chance to meet or speak with Robert Atkins — the founder of the Atkins Nutritional Approach — but those following in his footsteps are doing a wonderful job. I’m seeing significant results by making this lifestyle change, and I’m happy to encourage others to do the same.
