When NWA-TNA was formed in 2002, Dan “The Beast” Severn was the reigning NWA World Heavyweight Champion. He was stripped of his title, which was then won by Ken Shamrock, whom I also interviewed, at the first ever NWA-TNA pay-per-view. What are Dan’s thoughts on this and why wasn’t he part of NWA-TNA?
