Is Zim’s Tower of Doom Worth $10? Nicktoons & The Dice of Destiny DLC Review

When I reviewed Nicktoons & The Dice of Destiny – Deluxe Edition in October 2025, I left genuinely impressed by how well the concept worked. Reimagining cartoon icons as fantasy RPG archetypes—from SpongeBob wielding a sword and shield as a Knight to Danny Phantom slinging spells as a Wizard—breathed fresh life into Nickelodeon’s crossover formula. The base game delivered fast-paced, fluid combat with just enough strategic depth to keep things interesting.

Now, GameMill Entertainment and developers Petit Fabrik and Fair Play Labs have dropped the first major post-launch expansion: Zim’s Tower of Doom. At $9.99, it adds two significant components to the table: an iconic new playable character in Invader Zim, and a dedicated horde mode dubbed the Pillar of Lost Possibilities.

Experience High-Tech Racing with Formula Legends’ New DLC

If you’ve been following my deep dives into Formula Legends on Xbox, you know I have a massive soft spot for this game. 3DClouds built a fantastic foundation that leans heavily into open-wheel racing history. When I reviewed the Raw Power Pack last November, I fell in love with how it leaned into striking, historically inspired machines, even if the physics demanded absolute simulation-heavy precision. Then came December’s Tech Power Pack, which pushed the envelope with bizarre, experimental vehicles that truly tested my racing lines. Most recently, in January, I took a nostalgic trip through blown diffusers and screaming V8s in the Early 2010’s Season Pack.

But for their latest expansion, 3DClouds isn’t looking backward. They are leaping straight into the modern, high-tech world of electric motorsport.

Formula Legends: Formula E – Electric Evolution is out now, and it changes the entire tempo of the game. If you’re used to the roaring engines of the classic eras, the immediate, high-pitched whine of these electric beasts is going to be a total paradigm shift.

Formula Legends: Iconic Tracks DLC – Everything You Need to Know

Whether you’re a longtime reader of the blog or just joining me for the first time, you probably know my relationship with Formula Legends for Xbox has been a bit of a rollercoaster. As I said in my original review, this is a game that is “gorgeous to look at, but tough to love.” It lures you in with that stunning, retro-stylized aesthetic and then punches you in the gut with a simulation-heavy engine that demands absolute perfection.

Since then, I’ve tracked the game’s evolution through the Raw Power Pack and the experimental Tech Power Pack. Now, developer 3DClouds has released the Iconic Tracks DLC, and I’ve spent the last few days trying to master these new (yet very familiar) circuits.
