IMPACT Wrestling: Rebellion CELL-ebration

As you may recall, I took part in the Hard To Kill CELL-ebration hosted by IMPACT Wrestling. It was an excellent event where fans got to spend quality time with the stars of IMPACT Wrestling, ahead of the Hard To Kill PPV. If you missed out on that interactive fan event, another opportunity is here! On Sunday, April 25, at 11 a.m. ET, IMPACT Wrestling is hosting its next CELL-ebration. This one is taking place several hours before the Rebellion PPV, which features a historic main event where AEW World Champion Kenny Omega faces off against IMPACT World Champion Rich Swann in a title vs. title match. Here’s a description of what’s included in this package:

IMPACT Wrestling presents its next virtual fanfest, the Rebellion CELL-ebration, on Sunday, April 25th. The 2-hour event will start at 11 a.m. Eastern Time and will be an interactive, perk-filled, virtual private party, held hours before the highly-anticipated Rebellion pay-per-view event kicks off at 8 p.m. ET. It’s the best value in virtual meet-and-greets!

The Rebellion CELL-ebration will be held on Zoom and give fans the opportunity to ask questions directly of some of their favorite IMPACT stars. Fans around the world can interact from their mobile device or computer – and you can personally ask questions of the participating IMPACT stars.

What I liked most about the Hard To Kill CELL-ebration was that the wrestlers really took their time to answer fans’ questions, and oftentimes the wrestlers remembered the fans from previous interactions with them. How cool is that?! These wrestlers meet thousands of people, from reporters to fans. So, for them to remember anyone is quite remarkable.

The intimate feel of these virtual events make them more personal and less transactional. IMPACT and its wrestlers aren’t looking to the fans as simply someone to collect cash from. Rather, they create these events to provide an engaging event that breaks down the walls to bring fans and wrestlers closer together. TNA/IMPACT Wrestling has been doing this for years. However, in the era of COVID they’ve had to get creative by making these events virtual, and they’ve done so masterfully.

If you’re planning on watching Rebellion on April 25 like me, then I highly recommend taking part in the CELL-ebration event earlier in the day. It’s the perfect way to kick off the festivities and get some quality time with the talent, while also receiving some unique items as well.
