First introduced to the world in the wildly popular 1972 book Dr. Atkins’ Diet Revolution, this healthy lifestyle is still going strong years after its founder, Dr. Robert C. Atkins, passed away. Considering Dr. Atkins wrote nearly 20 books, and there are even more official Atkins books to read, where should you start if you’re new to Atkins and want a solid primer on the topic? Nearly 30% Of 12-to-19-Year-Olds Have Prediabetes
