Hillary Clinton has a new book out, What Happened, and she’s on the road promoting it through sit-down speaking engagements across the country, where she details what went wrong for her campaign during last year’s landmark election, what she’s been doing since and her plans for the future.
Today I bought tickets to see KISS on their “Freedom to Rock” tour in Allentown on September 1. I got great seats for the show – 13th row, in front of Gene – and for a reasonable price. This concert is taking place two months before I hop aboard KISS Kruise VI, so you could say I’m going to have a KISS-filled fall. Speaking of the KISS Kruise, below is a video I recently uploaded of Paul Stanley’s hour-long Q&A from KISS Kruise IV. Enjoy!

I never had a chance to see Ace Frehley, the original lead guitarist of KISS, perform with the band. By the time I started attending KISS shows, Tommy Thayer was the new “Space Man.” So, when Ace announced the tour for his new solo album – Space Invader – I was ready to finally see him live.
Vintage Trouble, arguably the greatest modern rock band, is currently on the road for The Swing House Sessions Tour in support of their new EP. I had the pleasure of interviewing the guys last week about their wonderful music, style and success, so stay tuned for that in the weeks to come. And I’m attending their concert this Wednesday night in Philadelphia at Underground Arts.
I recently took part in an interview with Paul Stanley, the lead singer of KISS. Below are his thoughts on a variety of topics that were covered during the interview.
Foreigner, Styx and Don Felder have been traveling across the country on the Soundtrack of Summer tour and I was in attendance for their July 3rd concert in Camden, NJ. The evening consisted of four hours of 31 classic songs, and the crowd loved every minute of it. People were swaying, singing and dancing in the aisles. It was a fitting way to kick off the celebratory July 4th weekend.
I recently interviewed Styx’s bassist and former member of The Babys and Bad English, the incredibly talented Ricky Phillips. Styx is currently on the road with Don Felder and Foreigner on the The Soundtrack of Summer Tour and they released a companion album, The Soundtrack of Summer: The Very Best of Foreigner & Styx, featuring a new version of “Hotel California” that’s performed by Felder, Styx and Foreigner. Enjoy the interview and make sure to catch the guys when they come to your area this summer.

Foreigner is currently on the road with Don Felder and Styx on the The Soundtrack of Summer Tour and they released a companion album, The Soundtrack of Summer: The Very Best of Foreigner & Styx, featuring a new version of “Hotel California” that’s performed by Felder, Styx and Foreigner. I recently took part in an interview with Kevin Cronin of REO Speedwagon and Robert Lamm and Lee Loughnane of Chicago. Below is the second part of this interview. It features their thoughts on a variety of topics, including their summer tour together, which is one you don’t want to miss. You can read part one here.
