If you’ve been following my recent posts, then you know I’ve been doing Atkins and seeing terrific results because of this lifestyle change. I find it fitting that I decided to get into Atkins in 2022, the 50th anniversary of Dr. Robert C. Atkins’ seminal book that brought the low-carb approach to millions of people the world over. Today, while taking part in an Xbox Ambassadors playdate, where I was participating in Halo: Infinite multiplayer matches with a group of gamers from around the world, one of them asked, “Have any of you read the Halo novels?” I chimed in saying, “Actually, I’m reading all of them, and I just finished the third book in the series.” That book is First Strike by Eric Nylund.
