If you’ve been following my recent posts, then you know I’ve been doing Atkins and seeing terrific results because of this lifestyle change. I find it fitting that I decided to get into Atkins in 2022, the 50th anniversary of Dr. Robert C. Atkins’ seminal book that brought the low-carb approach to millions of people the world over.
