Recipe: Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken

My wife and I made a recipe recently, courtesy of Wendy Polisi of Kicking Carbs, which was tasty and easy: Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken. We made it on a George Forman Grill and had French-cut green beans and tater tots as sides. All told, the meal was 31 net carbs, and I had half a piece of chicken left over which I had the next day for lunch with a side of spinach. Read on for the recipe, nutritional information, and more.
